Lighting technology
Composed of multiple UV LED lamp beads arranged in a matrix, and through optical design corresponding to point light source arrangement and light calibration, a high-vertical, high-uniform surface light source is output. The LED lamp bead matrix is distributed as a backlight source below the LCD screen. The parallel light passing through the LCD screen greatly enhances contrast, achieving an optical solution for high-precision, high-smoothness, and low-stray light curing 3D printing!

LCD Micro/Nano Release Film
Through micro/nano-optical technology, micro/nano-convex film is achieved. By adhering this micro/nano-release film onto high-smoothness LCD screens or high-transparency glass surfaces, excellent ventilation and breathability are provided. This breaks the vacuum suction between the resin mold release film and the LCD screen or high-transparency glass, thereby enhancing printing and demolding capabilities. Simultaneously, without affecting the pattern's morphology, superior clarity is achieved, enabling high-speed printing with no light spot diffusion, ensuring printing accuracy.The nano-release film attached to the LCD screen surface slows down direct impact on the LCD screen surface by printed objects, solving the pain point of improving the lifespan of the LCD photocurable 3D printing screen.Based on optical definitions, a micro-convex structure is formed to ensure optical clarity while achieving a ventilated structure. This allows for breathability and oxygen permeability, enabling rapid demolding, high-speed, and high-precision printing.
